These terms cover your use of the Hopwire Android app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

The service

Hopwire is a free WireGuard VPN app subject to the fair-use limits below, enforced server side. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase in this version of the app.

Fair use

• 1 GB per day, resetting at your local midnight
• 20 GB per month, resetting on the 1st
• 15 Mbps down, per device
• 2 devices per account, 1 active connection per device

We may suspend or limit accounts that attempt to circumvent these limits (for example, creating multiple accounts on one device to multiply the allowance).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hopwire to:

• Send spam, or relay unsolicited bulk email
• Scan, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to any system
• Distribute malware or illegal content
• Abuse the exit servers in any way that degrades the service for other users

We may terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Availability

Hopwire is not available to users located in China, Russia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Turkmenistan, or North Korea.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may change these terms, the app, or the fair-use limits at any time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
